For our Turmeric Powder, we source turmeric from the same farm in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, year after year. The turmeric is selected for its colour, aroma and overall quality before being processed and finely powdered. By working with the same source consistently, we are able to maintain the quality we expect and use in our own kitchen. Turmeric is one of the most commonly used spices in Indian cooking and forms the base of many everyday dishes.
